Custom Email Templates

From now on, you can fully customize your email templates at both the global and competition levels.

For each competition, you can upload a specific template for each email flow and language, giving you full control over the look and feel of your communications while staying aligned with your brand identity and marketing strategy.

Prefer to keep things simple? You can also set up global templates that will automatically be used as the default across all competitions and flows.

The supported email flows are:

• Welcome Email
• Credentials Email
• Starting Notification Email
• Disqualification Email

Note: You can also edit your HTML template code, to make quick changes on the uploaded files.
