Enhanced Competitions Embed with Language and Theme Configuration

Implemented dynamic URL parameter support for competition iframes allowing brokers to customize theme (light/dark), language settings, and allowed languages list. Note: autosync_config parameter was not implemented in this sprint but other parameters are working as expected.
