Implement New Ranking Calculations for Tournament White-Label Options

Implements two new ranking calculation methods (Profit Factor and Average Win/Loss Ratio) to provide white-label alternatives to Swiset Ratio. Addresses client feedback requesting ranking options without Swiset branding while expanding tournament customization capabilities.

The calculation formulas:

• Profit Factor = Total Profit / Total Loss
• Avg Win/Loss Ratio = (Average Profit of Winning Trades) / (Average Loss of Losing Trades)
  • Average Profit = Total Profit / Number of Winning Trades
  • Average Loss = Total Loss / Number of Losing Trades

Current Rankings:

- Swiset Ratio: Measures your strategy's efficiency by combining your win rate and risk/reward ratio. 

• (Winratio × Riskreward ratio) + Winratio

- Profit Percentage: Net profit from your account in percentage. Based on starting balance (demo) or total deposits (live).

• (Current Balance − Starting Balance) / Starting Balance (Demo)

• (Current Balance − Total Deposit) / Total Deposit (Live)

- Equity Percentage: Your account's net profit based on equity. Based on starting equity (demo) or total deposits (live).

• (Current Equity − Starting Equity) / Starting Equity (Demo)

• (Current Equity − Total Deposit) / Total Deposit (Live)

- Real-Time Equity (Equity RT): The real-time value of your account's equity (balance +/– open trades). 

• (Raw Equity)

- Balance: The current balance of your account.

• (Raw Balance)

- Profit: The total profit made in your account.

• (Total Sum of Each Profit)

• (Current Balance − Starting Balance)
